Store Supervisor

• Manage and maintain proper records of all incoming materials at the project site.
• Check received materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, invoices and material specifications.
• Maintain proper records of material receipts, issues, balance stock and returns.
• Prepare weekly material and stock reports in Excel.
• Maintain labour attendance records on a daily basis.
• Prepare and issue labour gate passes/entry passes for workers and maintain proper records.
• Maintain labour-related documentation and assist in HR/site administration activities.
• Prepare labour attendance summaries for wage processing and monthly payroll.
• Maintain records of new labour joining, exit, transfers and gate-pass status.
• Assist in maintaining other site records and documentation as required by the Project Manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate or Diploma qualification preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel is mandatory, including basic formulas, sorting, filtering and preparation of reports.
• Good knowledge of MS Word and basic computer operations.
• Experience in maintaining material/stock registers and labour attendance.
• Prior experience in a construction, infrastructure or EPC project will be preferred.
