Store Sales Executive

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive (In-Store) & Community Lead plays a pivotal role in enhancing the in-store customer experience while building strong connections within the local community. This position focuses on supporting retail operations and gifting sales, acting as a key point of contact for customers, and ensuring that the store effectively showcases Bombay Sweet Shops gifting proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with retail purchases and gifting inquiries, providing expert guidance on product selection and seasonal offerings.
• Support day-to-day store operations alongside the Cafe Manager and store team, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Identify and manage gifting or bulk order inquiries, maintaining order details within the CRM system.
• Coordinate billing and order confirmations with customers, following up regarding details, timelines, and feedback.
• Maintain product and gifting displays, ensuring they are well-presented and aligned with current collections.
• Build relationships with the local community, identifying opportunities for engagement and customer loyalty.
• Stay informed about updates and initiatives across Hunger Inc. brands, facilitating engaging conversations with customers.

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities, with excellent verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with billing systems and point-of-sale processes.

• Experience in retail, hospitality, or community engagement preferred.
