Store & Receiving Executive

• Manage daily store operations, including proper storage, handling and preservation of perishable and non-perishable materials.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities and specifications against Purchase Orders (POs), invoices and delivery challans.
• Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in the ERP system.
• Monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records and initiate timely replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
• Issue materials against authorized requisitions and maintain accurate inward and outward stock records.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and cycle counting, and reconcile discrepancies between physical and system stock.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices to minimize wastage.
• Inspect incoming materials for quality, quantity, damage and discrepancies, coordinating with vendors and the purchase department for resolution.
• Track pending purchase orders and follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
• Maintain stock registers, bin cards and supporting documents for audits and compliance.
• Ensure proper labeling, organization, cleanliness, hygiene and safety within store areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, purchase and other user departments for smooth material flow.
• Prepare stock reports, consumption analysis and MIS reports as required by management.
