Job Title: Store Promoter V-Guard Products

Role & Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in customers at the store, understand their requirements, and pitch appropriate V-Guard products (Stabilizers, Water Heaters, Fans, Inverters, Kitchen Appliances, Wires & Cables, etc.).
• Product Demonstration: Demonstrate product features, key selling points, and benefits clearly to customers to drive on-the-spot purchasing decisions.
• Sales Target Achievement: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets assigned for the counter.
• Merchandising & Display: Ensure V-Guard products are neatly displayed, clean, and positioned prominently at the retail counter with up-to-date POS materials/branding.
• Stock & Inventory Tracking: Monitor counter stock levels regularly, coordinate with the store manager for replenishment, and report stock-outs in a timely manner.
• Market Intelligence: Gather customer feedback and keep track of competitor pricing, schemes, and promo offers to report back to the sales supervisor.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Education: 12th pass or Graduate in any stream.
• Experience: Prior experience in counter sales, retail sales, or showroom sales (preferably in Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, Electronics, or Electricals).
• Skills:
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in local language (and basic English/Hindi).
• Good persuasive and customer-handling abilities.
• Active listening and energetic attitude on the shop floor.
• Attitude: Target-driven, punctual, and proactive.

Preferred candidate profile

Small Appliances : Philips ,Bajaj ,Havells , Preethi , Crompton , Butterfly & Vidiem ( South based), Eureka Forbes (WP) , Racold / AO Smith

Large Appliances : LG , Samsung , IFB , Panasonic ,Whirlpool ,Elica / Faber /KAFF /Glen

Min 2 years of overall experience in sales , including at least 1 year of promoter experience in the mentioned brands.
