Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Explain product features, fabrics, sizes, prices, and offers.
• Recommend suitable apparel and convert enquiries into sales.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Manage the assigned sales counter independently.
• Maintain product displays, folding, store cleanliness, and presentation.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate for replenishment.
• Maintain basic sales records and report updates to the supervisor.
• Follow store policies, duty schedules, and operational guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Fluency in the local language is essential.
• Basic Hindi or English is an added advantage.
• Interest in apparel, fashion, and retail sales.
• Professional appearance, punctuality, and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and interact with customers throughout the shift.
• Candidates residing near the store are preferred.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
