Documentation & Reporting

• To submit all the required production reports to Factory Managers and HO on Monthly/Weekly/Daily basis.

Inventory Control

• To maintain minimum inventory level of WIP.
• To ensure good quality for finishing by the finishers and pay frequent visit at their place as and when necessary for the same.

Manpower Handling

• To manage a diverse workforce and especially extract work from the contractual workforce.

Production planning

• To undertake change in Production Planning on Monthly/Daily/as and when changes are made by the Marketing Dept.

• To do planning of Strap as per the Production plan on Monthly/Weekly/Daily basis.

• To look after the effective implementation of the production plan at Shop Floor.

Maintenance & upkeep

• To look after housekeeping & hygiene in and around the production area.

• To analyse the defective straps % at the time of sorting and make a report on a daily basis

. Ensuring that processes needed for the effective functioning of QMS, EMS & OHSAS are planned, implemented & monitored

. Ensuring awareness of QMS, EMS & OHSAS requirements throughout work-areas
