Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Oversee sales floor layouts to optimize product presentation and maximize sales.
• Develop strategies to increase sales performance by analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 5-20 years of experience in fashion retail or related field.
• Proven track record of success in managing high-volume stores with multiple departments.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention.
