Role: Assistant Clinic Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic and store
• Analyze sales trends based on footfall and customer behavior
• Ensure high standards of clinic presentation and merchandising
• Manage inventory and maintain optimal stock levels
• Handle cash management and daily reconciliations
• Implement and monitor SOPs across clinic operations
• Deliver excellent customer experience while driving sales and KPIs

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset
• Good customer engagement and communication skills
• Passion for delivering high-quality service and achieving targets
