About this role
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a background in the paper industry, paper trading, or packaging manufacturing. The candidate should be capable of independently managing the complete store operations, inventory, and material records.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete store operations, including inward and outward material movements.
- Maintain inventory records for paper, raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods.
- Update all stock entries and material transactions accurately in Tally.
- Handle material receipts, issue slips, GRNs, and stock registers.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase and production departments.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain proper records of material consumption, wastage, and scrap.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and systematic arrangement of materials.
- Manage vendor coordination, documentation, and inventory reports.
- Ensure accurate data entry and timely updating of all store-related transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in the paper industry, paper trading, paper packaging, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and inventory management.
- Complete understanding of store management processes and stock control.
- Ability to manage the store independently and maintain accurate records.
- Good coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
*Experience:* 3 TO 5 Years (Relevant Industry Experience Preferred)
*Salary:* Negotiable, based on experience
*Working Days:* Monday to Saturday
