Role & responsibilities

• Upkeeping the store implementation, & adhering of statement of purpose
• Safety & security of stock, infrastructure, properties and store premises
• should be handling a team size of 8-12 store employees
• responsible for staff retention & training
• Should be well versed with retail store opertions management
