Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Performance will be assessed against assigned targets and company-defined standards.

1. Sales Achievement: Daily and monthly sales versus budget.
2. Customer Experience: Customer satisfaction, complaints, and service quality.
3. Food Safety and Quality: Audit scores, hygiene compliance, and product consistency.
4. Cost Control: Food cost, wastage, inventory variance, and controllable expenses.
5. Manpower Productivity: Sales per labour hour, manpower deployment, and adherence to approved headcount.
6. People Management: Employee retention, absenteeism, training completion, and internal promotions.
7. Operational Compliance: SOP adherence, checklist completion, and audit closure.
8. Cash and Inventory Accuracy: Cash variance, stock variance, and documentation accuracy.
9. Restaurant Readiness: Cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and opening/closing compliance.
