Delivery Hub Manager (Store Manager)

Responsibilities, aka, what wed like you to deliver :

• Own inventory management at the delivery hub, including stock accuracy, ageing, DOH, and overall stock health.
• Drive shrinkage control by identifying loss points, implementing SOPs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Manage end-to-end store operations inbound, putaway, picking, dispatch, returns, and reconciliation.
• Ensure strict adherence to process, safety, and compliance standards across shifts.
• Define, track, and improve operational KPIs like fill rate, inventory accuracy, shrink %, productivity, and SLA adherence.
• Lead manpower planning and handling rostering, productivity tracking, performance management, and on-ground issue resolution. Use data to identify bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and drive continuous efficiency gains.
• Handle escalations related to inventory mismatch, manpower shortages, or operational disruptions.
• Drive training and capability building for team members to ensure consistent execution at scale. Are you who we're searching for

Qualification:

• Graduate - Experience in Ecommerce, Quick-commerce or Retail
• Deep understanding of inventory metrics like Shrinkage, Cycle count and Inventory Audits
• Proven experience in managing large on-ground teams
• Strong stakeholder coordination and problem-solving skilla
• Experience: 3–9 years in warehouse, dark store, retail, or e-commerce operations
