Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations, team performance, sales targets, inventory control, and customer service

standards.

• Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and operational efficiency through retail systems and reporting.

• Handle team management activities including staffing, training, performance monitoring, and employee

engagement.

• Ensure effective visual merchandising, promotional activities, and smooth day-to-day store operations.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate / Post Graduate with 7 to 15 Years in Retail Operations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in English and Hindi communication

• Experience in retail store management, team handling, and customer service

• Strong leadership, sales management, and operational skills

• Flexible to work in rotational shifts and retail operational schedules

• Experience in Lifestyle / Apparel / Premium Retail preferred.
