Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, manage a team, and deliver an excellent customer experience at Lenskart.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve monthly business targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to ensure strong performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Manage daily store operations, inventory, stock availability, and visual merchandising.
• Monitor key business metrics, conversion rates, average order value, and sales performance.
• Ensure proper product display, store hygiene, and adherence to company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
• Train and develop team members to improve productivity and performance.
• Maintain operational discipline and ensure compliance with company standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years of leadership experience in retail, with relevant leadership experience clearly mentioned in employment records.
• Strong communication, team management, and customer-handling skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Good understanding of retail operations and business performance metrics.
• Must be flexible to work at the assigned store location.
