We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage the overall operations of a KPN Fresh store. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in supermarket, hypermarket, retail stores, or dark stores, with proven skills in team handling, sales, inventory, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales, revenue, and profitability as per business targets.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team to achieve operational and sales objectives.
• Monitor staff attendance, productivity, performance, and discipline.
• Ensure proper stock availability, inventory management, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Monitor Fruits & Vegetables, Grocery, FMCG, and other category operations.
• Control shrinkage, wastage, damages, and stock losses.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure proper implementation of SOPs, safety, hygiene, and store standards.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, daily sales reports, and store documentation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, HR, finance, and other departments for smooth store operations.
• Conduct regular store audits and stock checks and take corrective actions.
• Support promotional activities, new product launches, and local store initiatives.
• Ensure the store is maintained as per company standards and is audit-ready at all times.

Preferred candidate profile

• Qualification: Graduate preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 35 years of relevant experience in supermarket, hypermarket, retail stores, grocery, or dark-store operations.
• Strong team handling and leadership skills.
• Good understanding of sales, inventory, customer service, and store operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Age: Up to 35 years.

Preferred Experience

Experience in supermarkets, hypermarkets, organized retail, grocery retail, or dark stores will be preferred.
