Drive seamless and efficient store operations every day

Maintain inventory accuracy, store hygiene, and process adherence

Analyze store metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements

Lead, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing in-store and last-mile teams

Ensure accurate order fulfilment and on-time delivery

Make quick, thoughtful decisions to remove operational bottlenecks before they impact customers or the business
