Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy, performance-driven Store Manager to take end-to-end ownership of our retail store operations. In this role, you will lead a dedicated sales and optical team, drive revenue growth, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Store Operations & Sales Drive:
  
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Monitor daily store KPIs (conversion rates, average bill value, units per transaction).
• Team Leadership & Development:
  
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives and optometrists.
• Conduct daily huddles, assign targets, and foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
• Customer Experience & Loyalty:
  
• Ensure every customer receives a seamless, personalized, and memorable shopping experience.
• Resolve customer queries and escalations promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction (NPS).
• Inventory & Visual Merchandising:
  
• Maintain optimum stock levels, conduct regular inventory audits, and minimize shrinkages.
• Ensure store visual merchandising strictly aligns with Lenskart brand guidelines.
• Process & Compliance:
  
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), cash management, and billing accuracy.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Overall Experience: 4 to 8 years of proven experience in retail sales (Apparel, Footwear, Consumer Durables, Telecom, or Eyewear preferred).
• Leadership Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a team-handling/leadership role (e.g., Assistant Store Manager, Floor Manager, or Store Manager).
• Education: Minimum 12th Pass up to MBA / Masters Degree.
• Skills:
  
• Strong retail sales acumen and operational discipline.
• Demonstrated capability to coach, train, and manage retail staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and experience handling POS/CRM software.
