Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the overall operations of the retail store and ensure smooth daily functioning.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and effectively handle customer queries and complaints.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays to enhance customer experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee billing, cash handling. POS operations, and daily cash reconciliation.
• Analyze sales reports, footfall, and customer trends to improve store performance.
• Implement promotional campaigns and marketing activities to increase sales. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and warehouse teams for stock availability.
• Minimize inventory shrinkage, pilferage, and operational losses.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports.

Preferred candidate profile

• 3-6 years of experience in apparel merchandising or a related field.
• Proven track record in developing successful merchandise plans that drive revenue growth.
• Excellent communication skills for working closely with internal stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Strong understanding of fabric sourcing processes and ability to negotiate effectively with vendors.
• Strong fashion sense (Menswear)
• Data-driven decision making
• Multi-store handling experience preferred

Note:-Candidates from brands like Blackberrys, Raymond, LP Candidates based out of Madhya Pradesh or Chhattisgarh, or those willing to relocate to this location, will be preferred.
