Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
• Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer interaction.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements :

• 4-15 years of experience in retail management or related field (apparel, beauty, fashion).
• Proven track record in counter sales, luxury sales, showroom sales, or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of apparel industry trends and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
