Store Manager

We are hiring Salon Managers / Branch Business Managers who can take complete ownership of salon operations, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, a sales-driven mindset, and the capability to operate a salon as an independent business unit.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly salon revenue targets.
• Drive service sales, retail product sales, and membership conversions.
• Improve customer walk-ins, repeat visits, and average billing value.
• Identify opportunities to increase branch revenue and profitability.

2. Salon Operations

• Manage daily salon opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure smooth appointment scheduling, billing, and customer flow.
• Maintain salon hygiene, grooming standards, and operational discipline.
• Monitor inventory, product consumption, and operating expenses.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs.

3. Team Management

• Supervise hairstylists, beauticians, and support staff.
• Manage staff attendance, shift schedules, and daily task allocation.
• Conduct daily team briefings and performance reviews.
• Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch targets.

4. Customer Experience

• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure high satisfaction.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Build strong relationships with regular customers.
• Encourage positive Google reviews and customer referrals.

5. Reporting & Accountability

• Maintain accurate billing and daily sales reports through company CRM.
• Track revenue, expenses, staff productivity, and conversion rates.
• Submit daily performance updates to regional management.
• Take ownership of branch profitability and operational performance.

Candidate Requirements

• 15 years of experience in salon management, retail sales, hospitality, wellness, or customer-facing business operations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage sales targets and team performance.
• Comfortable using billing software, CRM systems, and basic Excel.
• Professional appearance and strong customer service orientation.
• Willingness to work on weekends and during peak business hours.
