Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels to meet sales targets.
  
• Implement visual merchandising strategies to create an appealing store environment and drive sales growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in retail management or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising principles.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective supervision and team leadership.
  
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement (e.g., reducing shrinkage).
  
• Proficiency in using technology such as POS systems.
