Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage store operations, including inventory management, shrinkage control, and manpower handling.
  
• Oversee floor management to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize wastage.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
• Implement strategies to reduce attrition rates through effective people management practices.
  
• Analyze KPIs such as KRA, KPI analysis, and KPI monitoring to identify areas for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-9 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry with a focus on store operations or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
  
• Ability to analyze data using tools like KPI analysis software (e.g., Excel).
  
• Proven track record of reducing shrinkage rates through proactive measures.
