Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays.
  
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and minimize losses through effective control measures.
  
• Ensure visual merchandising standards are met by monitoring product placement, signage, and overall store appearance.
  
• Supervise sales floor staff to achieve targets, provide coaching on customer service skills, and address performance issues.
