Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance and training to improve sales numbers and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom organization, and implement visual merchandising strategies.
• Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and optimize store profitability.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in retail management or related field (preferably from an organized retail background).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech Computers preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Retail Operations & Store Management principles.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead a team effectively.
