Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations, drive sales performance, lead the team, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and achieve assigned business targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries/complaints.
• Manage store operations, inventory, cash, and POS activities.
• Ensure adherence to Lenskart SOPs and operational standards.
• Monitor store performance, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular team coaching and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure proper staffing, shift planning, and smooth store functioning.
• Maintain store standards, cleanliness, product display, and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure eye-checkup processes and quality standards are followed.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 4+ years in retail sales/operations, with relevant store management experience.
• Education: Graduate preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
• Result-oriented and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Good understanding of store operations and inventory management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
