Job Summary

Experienced Retail Store Manager with 8 years of expertise in managing store operations, sales performance, customer experience, team leadership, inventory control, and visual merchandising. Responsible for achieving business targets while maintaining Fabindias brand standards and delivering a premium customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the outlet.
  
• Drive sales, revenue, profitability, and achievement of monthly/annual business targets.
  
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage the store team to improve productivity and customer service.
  
• Monitor individual and team performance through sales KPIs, conversion, average transaction value, and customer engagement.
  
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
  
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment, stock transfers, cycle counts, and physical stock audits.
  
• Minimize stock discrepancies, damages, pilferage, and inventory losses.
  
• Ensure proper implementation of visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  
• Coordinate with regional/area management, warehouse, merchandising, HR, finance, and other support teams.
  
• Monitor daily sales reports, expenses, operational performance, and store profitability.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, safety standards, and audit procedures.
  
• Plan staffing and store schedules according to business requirements and customer footfall.
  
• Conduct regular team briefings, product training, and performance reviews.
  
• Support new product launches, promotional campaigns, festive sales, and customer engagement activities.
  
• Analyze sales trends and customer buying patterns to identify opportunities for improving store performance.
  
• Maintain high standards of store hygiene, housekeeping, grooming, and overall brand presentation.
