About the Role:-

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Men’s Wear Retail Store. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in clothing retail, team management, sales, customer service, and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

* Manage overall day-to-day operations of the retail store.

* Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

* Lead, supervise, and motivate the store sales team.

* Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.

* Manage stock, inventory, inward/outward movement, and stock availability.

* Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product display.

* Monitor daily sales, billing, expenses, and store performance.

* Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.

* Ensure proper maintenance, cleanliness, and discipline within the store.

* Coordinate with management regarding sales, inventory, staff, and operational requirements.

* Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales and store reports.

* Implement promotional activities and strategies to improve store sales.
