Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Oversee sales floor layouts to optimize product placement and improve customer flow.
• Develop strategies to increase sales volume, reduce shrinkage, and enhance profitability.
• Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and performance evaluation.

Job Requirements :

• 7-20 years of experience in fashion retail or related field.
• Proven track record in managing multiple stores or large teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, including inventory control and loss prevention.
