We, RentoMojo, were founded by IITM alums and serial entrepreneurs who worked out of almost every major city in India in his first five years of corporate career. Frustrated with the hassles of relocating from one place to the other, and tired of finding that perfect cluster of home essentials that suited their lifestyle.

RentoMojo caters to the needs of the working professionals which is unmet due to nonavailability of furnished rental flats by offering furniture and appliances on rental basis, thus, providing more flexibility than owning the expensive furniture and appliances.
Currently, we have 100,000+ subscribers with a typical rental period of 12-14 months. The current market size (as per a recent report by Grant Thornton) is estimated to be US$ 4.1 Billion and expected to grow to US$ 13 Billion by 2025.
With 700+ people operations, the company has a presence in 16 cities across India. Looking back, Rentomojo has not only made a new market of lease which never existed for the consumer, they have also become market leaders in the consumer rental industry. Unlike the norm, they are now seeing a reverse trend wherein a version of ours is being copied in the US and UK. We are also profitable at monthly PAT since Oct 2021.

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to lead and manage our Rentomojo warehouses specializing in spare parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and spare parts handling. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the storage, distribution, and organization of spare parts, ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all spare parts are stored, organized, and easily accessible.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy and proper record-keeping.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely procurement of spare parts.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Monitor stock levels and lead periodic inventory audits to prevent shortages and overstocking.
Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring optimal performance and efficient work processes.
Ensure all spare parts are tracked in the system with accurate details (quantity, location, status).
Implement and maintain inventory management systems, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Store Manager, Warehouse Manager, or similar role, with specific experience in managing spare parts and inventory.
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with spare parts handling, including proper storage and preservation methods.
The candidate should have completed graduation
