Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory control, stock taking, and GRN processing.
  
• Oversee FIFO system implementation to ensure efficient stock management.
  
• Supervise store staff and maintain high standards of customer service.
  
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in store operations.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-6 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry as a Store Manager or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of inventory control, stock taking, and FIFO systems.
  
• Excellent supervisory skills with ability to manage a team effectively.

• Immediate joiner preferred.
