Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

Operations Oversight: Coordinate both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) functions to ensure seamless service flow and strict adherence to brand standards.

Financial Management: Manage the P&L (profit and loss), monitor food and labor costs, control inventory, and oversee payroll and operating budgets.

Revenue Forecasting: Projecting sales volumes based on historical data, local events, and seasonal trends to optimize staffing and ordering.

Team Leadership: Handle recruitment, hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing performance development for all restaurant staff.

Guest Relations: Set the tone for hospitality, resolve guest complaints promptly, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Compliance & Safety: Enforce local health codes, food safety protocols and labor regulations

Vendor Management: Maintaining relationships with equipment repair technicians, food distributors, and facility services.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 3 to 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience.

Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgets, food cost percentages, labor metrics, and forecasting.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills to act as a bridge between ownership, staff, and guests.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, inventory software, and scheduling tools.
