Role & responsibilities :

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Store Manager to lead retail store operations at Lenskart. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily store activities, driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the store team to achieve business targets. Key Responsibilities - Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the store. - Achieve sales targets and store KPIs. - Lead, train, and motivate the store team to deliver high performance. - Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand standards. - Handle inventory management, stock replenishment, and product display. - Monitor store profitability, expenses, and sales performance. - Ensure proper visual merchandising and store hygiene. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively. - Coordinate with regional managers and support teams for smooth operations.
