About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage store operations, drive sales, and lead a high-performing team for Lenskart.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive store sales, revenue, and customer experience.
• Manage daily store operations and ensure process compliance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
• Track and achieve sales targets and key KPIs.
• Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards.
• Handle customer relationships and resolve escalations.
• Analyse store performance and implement action plans for improvement.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Retail Store Management.
• Experience in premium/lifestyle/optical retail preferred.
• Strong team-handling and sales management skills.
• Good communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven retail environment.
