Store Manager

1 Daily Operations

• Opening and closing: Unlock the store, check security systems, and complete cash drawer counts at day's end.
• Store presentation: Check that aisles, displays, and promotional signs meet visual merchandising standards.
• Safety and compliance: Enforce health, safety, and loss-prevention protocols.

Staff Management

• Team supervision: Assign daily shifts, monitor attendance, and lead morning team huddles or updates.
• Training and coaching: Help onboard new hires, build product knowledge, and support service excellence.
• Conflict resolution: Address staff questions, mediate disputes, and motivate the team.

Sales and Customer Service

• Target tracking: Monitor daily and weekly sales goals and encourage upselling.
• Customer care: Greet shoppers, assist on the floor, and resolve escalated complaints.

Inventory and Financial Tasks

• Stock control: Check inventory levels, track incoming deliveries, and report missing or damaged goods.
• Cash reconciliation: Balance the cash register and finalize daily sales reports.
• Administrative reporting: Communicate updates and key metrics to head office or upper management.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Candidate should have prior experience in the Plastic Industry

2.Candidate should have experience in independently managing the entire store operations.

3. Candidate must have hands-on experience in end-to-end store management

4. Candidate should be from baghpat or willing to relocate to Baghpat.

5. Candidate must have good hands-on experience in Advanced Excel, including data management, MIS reporting, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis
