Role & responsibilities

Store Operations:

• Ensure store operations comply with SOPs and maintain brand standards.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate with the supply chain.
• Oversee visual merchandising and maintain appealing store layouts.
• Track transactions and budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Implement security measures and loss prevention strategies.

Customer Experience:

• Drive processes to enhance customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store experience through product knowledge and assistance.
• Monitor KPIs and report operational performance to senior management.

People Management:

• Lead and coach retail staff for high service and sales effectiveness.
• Conduct training on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and HR for policy alignment and integration.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Graduate
• Experience in sales, team handling, and customer service
• Know basic English communication
• Comfortable going on the field for doing activities
