Role & responsibilities

Manage day to day operations of the retail store and ensure smooth functioning

Drive store sales , revenue , and profitability as per business targets

Lead motive and manage the store team to achieve individual and store level KPI's

Coordinate with central teams for stock , operations , VM and other business requirements.
