Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  
• Oversee floor management, ensuring visual merchandising standards are met and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  
• Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and reduce costs.
  
• Develop strong relationships with customers through excellent customer service skills.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in retail operations or related field (store management).
  
• Strong knowledge of FIFO/LIFO inventory systems.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
  
• Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions (e.g., sales trends) .
  
• Proficiency in SAPs or similar software for managing financial transactions.
