Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.
• Oversee sales team performance, provide coaching and training to improve sales numbers and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze shrinkage rates and implement strategies to reduce losses through effective stock control systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for apparel retail stores.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in luxury fashion retail or related industries (apparel, clothing, accessories).
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, lifestyle products such as furniture & home decor.
• Excellent team handling skills with ability to motivate staff towards achieving targets.
• Proven track record in controlling shrinkage rates through effective inventory management practices.
