Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct regular stock takes to ensure accuracy, and implement effective stock control systems.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements :

• 4-10 years of experience in retail or related field (preferably in a similar role).
• Strong understanding of showroom management principles and practices.
• Proven track record in managing high-performing teams to achieve sales targets.
