Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee sales floor appearance, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and shelf life maintenance.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales volume, reduce shrinkage, and improve profitability.
• Supervise a team of retail staff members to achieve individual performance goals.

Job Requirements :

• 3-6 years of experience in retail management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of stores management principles, including inventory control systems.
• Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and customer interaction.
