Store Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Drive store sales, revenue, profitability, and achievement of monthly targets.
• Manage and motivate the store team to deliver strong individual and store performance.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, billing, inventory, housekeeping, and compliance.
• Monitor sales performance, conversion, average transaction value, and other key store KPIs.
• Ensure effective inventory management, stock accuracy, and timely replenishment.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure adherence to Titan Eye+ SOPs, visual merchandising, service standards, and operational processes.
• Coordinate with the optometrist and sales team to ensure smooth customer handling and efficient store functioning.
• Analyse store performance and implement initiatives to improve sales and customer conversion.
• Ensure proper training, grooming, discipline, and performance management of store employees.
• Maintain strong standards of hygiene, security, safety, and overall store presentation.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Retail or Sales will be an advantage.
• 36 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in optical, fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, consumer durables, or other premium retail.
• Strong track record of achieving sales and business targets.
• Excellent team management, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working with POS, inventory, and retail management systems.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong ownership, accountability, and commercial acumen.
