Store Manager

Forest Essentials is India s leading luxury Ayurvedic beauty brand, known for combining traditional Ayurvedic formulations with a premium and authentic customer experience. The Store Manager will be responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional luxury customer experience, and managing overall store operations. The role involves leading and developing the store team, monitoring key retail KPIs, managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising and Forest Essentials brand standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Drive store sales and achieve business targets. 2. Ensure an exceptional customer experience. 3. Lead, train, and motivate the store team. 4. Manage daily store operations and inventory. 5. Maintain visual merchandising and Forest Essentials brand standards. 6. Monitor store performance and key retail KPIs. 7. Handle customer queries and ensure smooth store operations.

1. 4-8 years of experience in retail operations. 2. Prior experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. 3. Experience in luxury retail, beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or premium lifestyle brands. 4. Strong experience in sales, team management, customer service, and store operations.
