Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
• Drive sales, profitability, and achievement of store targets.
• Lead, train, motivate, and manage the store team.
• Ensure excellent customer service and a strong customer experience.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store standards, and brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory, stock accuracy, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Monitor store KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and escalations professionally.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate preferred, with 3-7 years of retail experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Good understanding of sales, inventory, and retail operations.
• Customer-focused with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to manage teams and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
