About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual store sales targets.
- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, motivate, and train the store team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Monitor key retail KPIs such as Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and productivity.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintain brand standards.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and minimize stock loss/shrinkage.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Ensure store cleanliness, discipline, and compliance with company SOPs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
