Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor store expenses, wastage, inventory, and operational costs.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Train, supervise, motivate, and manage store staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower during peak hours.
- Maintain Keventers standards for product quality, presentation, hygiene, and service.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment of stock.
- Conduct regular stock checks and minimize wastage and pilferage.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor cash handling, billing, daily collections, and store closing procedures.
- Analyze daily and weekly sales reports and take corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with operations, supply chain, and management teams.
- Ensure the store, equipment, and customer areas are clean and well maintained.
