Job Summary

The Store Incharge will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the store, including team management, customer service, stock coordination, dispatch, cash monitoring, housekeeping, safety, and store compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely opening and closing of the store as per company standards.
• Supervise staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and daily work allocation.
• Conduct daily team meetings and monitor target/performance updates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Billing, Purchase, Warehouse, and Dispatch teams.
• Monitor stock availability, reconciliation, audits, and wastage control.
• Ensure timely customer deliveries and follow up on pending orders.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor cash, bank reconciliation, expenses, refunds, and credit recovery.
• Ensure showroom cleanliness, housekeeping, 5S, and overall presentation.
• Monitor CCTV, security, gate passes, parking, and safety compliance.
• Ensure timely repair and maintenance of store infrastructure and equipment.
• Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports and registers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational standards.
