Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
  
• Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Oversee mobile sales, counter sales, retail sales, and retail store operations to drive business growth.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-7 years of experience in retail or related field (preferably from telecom industry).
  
• Strong understanding of mobile phones and their features.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to lead teams effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems.
