Store Manager

The Store Manager will lead daily operations at our retail location. This role focuses on optimizing staff performance, fostering teamwork, managing inventory for in-store services, and quickly resolving daily operational challenges.

Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership & Operations

• Task Allocation: Assign clear daily tasks and responsibilities to every staff member.
• Team Coordination: Lead staff members to collaborate effectively and work as a cohesive team.
• Performance Monitoring: Ensure team compliance with store policies and customer service standards.
• Attendance & Scheduling: Manage staff duty schedules, shifts, and leaves.

Inventory Management

• Service Inventory: Maintain, track, and manage inventory specifically required for in-store services.
• Stock Auditing: Conduct regular stock checks to prevent shortages or discrepancies.
• Procurement: Coordinate orders for fresh stock and essential store supplies.

Problem Solving & Quality Control

• Issue Resolution: Use a proactive problem-solving mindset to handle customer complaints swiftly.
• Operational Troubleshooting: Resolve internal staff conflicts or daily store logistical glitches calmly.
• Store Upkeep: Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Assigning work to every staff member in store.
• Co-ordinating with staff to make sure that everybody works as a team.
• Having a problem solving mindset.
• Taking care of inventory for the instore services.
• Candidate should have atleast 5 years of experience.
