Job Title: Store Manager

Salary Range: 40k to 60k per month (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Location: Coimbatore

Responsibilities

• The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring the day to day operations of the store to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily operations, and exceed sales targets

• Marketing Support
• Franchise Reporting:
• Market Research and Analysis
• Brand Ambassadorship
• Training and Development

Qualifications and Experience

• Diamond Jewellery Experience of at-least 5 years
• Knowledge about diamond jewellery and the industry in general
• Post-Graduate / Undergraduate degree in a similar field
• Well versed with multiple languages (preferably, Kannada, English, Hindi and Tamil)
• Excellent communication with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Intermediate knowledge of MS office.
