Store Manager

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day-to-day store operations and sales.
• Drive sales targets, conversion, average bill value and customer satisfaction.
• Manage, motivate and train the store team to achieve performance goals.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and high service standards.
• Oversee inventory, visual merchandising, housekeeping and store discipline.
• Handle customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with HO/management on sales, stock, staffing and operational requirements.
• Maintain daily reports, team performance and store KPIs.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 48 years of experience in retail, preferably premium fashion/ethnic wear.
• Strong leadership, sales and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
• Target-oriented, organised and proactive.
• Good understanding of retail operations, inventory and MIS.
• Presentable personality with a strong sense of fashion and customer service.
